The Sleeping Bag & Mat Plus is a hybrid sleeping bag with an attached sleep mat and retains warmth in temperatures as low as 37.4F. Use the sleeping bag for your outdoor excursions from Spring to Fall. The sleeping bag features a modular dual zipper to separate the top and bottom of the sleeping bag, internal pocket, and attached mat. Pair the Sleeping Bag & Mat Plus with the Stretch Pillow for a full sleeping set-up.

If you have concerns about your product, we would be happy to hear from you and provide support whether this is your first use or your hundredth. If we find that the product did not meet our standards, we will repair it or replace it free of charge. In other cases, when an item has seen better days from regular use, we will provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that our warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear or damage due to product misuse. Common examples of wear and tear include scuffs/scratches, abrasions, faded colors, minor denting or accidental damage. These “imperfections” are badges of honor expressing the years of use and amazing memories created from connecting with people outdoors. We hope you join us in viewing these scuffs and scratches as a showcase of the rich history that you and your gear have shared. If you would like to review the legalese of our warranty policy.


Additionally, certain products have components that will experience high wear and will eventually degrade over time. While we design everything with the intention of lasting a lifetime, certain parts are expected to need a tune-up or replacement during their lifecycle. We are happy to offer a wide assortment of these high wear parts here, allowing you to self-service and get your gear back outside with minimal downtime. These items are not covered under warranty as they are expected to need replacement in line with their rate of wear from regular use. Please be sure to review the user manual for each product before use and reach out to our Customer Experience Team at any time if you have questions on setup, care, or maintenance.


WARRANTY OR REPAIR CLAIMS

For all product claims please complete our Product Service Request Form. Once our After Service Department receives this information, they will create a Claim Authorization (CA) number for you and share next steps.


If the domestic claim is subject to warranty, Adventure Gear HQ will be responsible for transportation and repair costs. For all other domestic repair claims, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to our warehouse or repair partner.


At this time international customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, duties, and value added taxes for both warranty and repair claims.

Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday – Friday will typically ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will typically ship the next business day.

 

If your order exceeds a certain amount, you may qualify for free shipping as advertised on our site. This option is only available on orders shipped within the continental United States and will be applied to eligible orders at checkout.

 

Packages marked as returned to sender, and/or sent back to us without an authorized return or RMA label will be treated as returns and subject to the ordinary conditions of returns. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are welcome to place an updated order with corrected information at your convenience.

 

 

In-Store Pickup

We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Portland and Brooklyn, NY customers.  Eligible orders will be able to select Pickup at Checkout. To be eligible, all items within your online order must be physically available in-store at the time of transaction. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pickup with additional information. Bring a copy of your order confirmation to the store for an employee to verify. Orders will be held for seven days.

Domestic Shipping Guidelines

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. USPS shipping is required when shipping to a PO Box.

 

  • Standard Ground: 6-10 business days
  • 2-Day: 2 business days

 

If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please contact support@adventuregearhq.com.

International Shipping Guidelines

As with domestic shipping, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please be aware that you may need to work with your local post office to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you. If you fail to pay applicable duties, taxes, and fees, the package will be abandoned, and Adventure Gear HQ will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

Unfortunately, orders requiring Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipping cannot be shipped outside of North America at this time.

 

  • International Economy: 7-21 business days
  • International Priority: 6-10 business days

 

At this time, we only accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Designed to pass on to the next generation, Adventure Gear HQ products are guaranteed for life. See below for details on processing returns or exchanges.

Standard Returns

Purchases made directly from adventuregearhq.com or any Adventure Gear HQ USA retail location may be returned or exchanged through our online portal or any Adventure Gear HQ USA retail location within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased through Adventure Gear HQ Dealer Partners must be returned to the original place of purchase.

 

Price adjustments on markdowns are honored within seven days of the original date of purchase and will be refunded via original form of payment. Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to orders that have already been submitted. At this time, Adventure Gear HQ does not offer price matching.

GENERAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • All items must be returned unworn, unused, and unwashed with original packaging and tags.
  • Apparel must have all tags attached.
  • Products must be shipped in appropriate shipping boxes. Products returned solely in product packaging or in improper shipping boxes may not be accepted.
  • Adventure Gear HQ USA accepts returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada only*. 
  • Adventure Gear HQ USA does not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • All items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All in-store returns require original proof of purchase.

* For Canadian shipments, we require the customer to pay for shipping back to our warehouse.
